Refund policy

At Little Stone Designs, we want you to love your purchase. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in colour or finish (especially for handmade or natural products)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
